Beats of the Week was a recurring social media series featured on Beats by Dre’s social media channels, designed to highlight current artists promoting new or upcoming music. Each week, artists visiting the Beats by Dre office posed on the brand’s signature red couch, a visual staple that reinforced the company’s bold and recognizable aesthetic.


Following the photoshoot, playful doodle-style animations were overlaid on the image to create a vibrant and engaging visual story. These animations were tailored to reflect the artist’s latest release, incorporating elements inspired by their sound, lyrics, artwork, or overall vibe. The final content served as a creative bridge between the Beats brand and the artist’s musical narrative.


With photos delivered midweek and final animations published by Friday, the series demanded a quick, consistent turnaround while maintaining high visual quality and cultural relevance.
